AR.TRADE Srl entrusts its products mainly to three couriers: GLS, BRT, Poste Italiane. The assignment criterion depends on the weight of the package, the place of delivery and the type of goods. When the shipment is assigned to a courier, the warehouse generates an email containing the tracking code to monitor the status of the shipment and predict its delivery.
If the shipment is stored at the logistics base of your area, you can request authorization for collection in storage by email. The request must be sent to assistenza@artradesrl.it indicating the order number and the relevant branch. The authorization will be immediately forwarded to the relevant branch. An identity document will be required at the time of collection.

Any external damage must be immediately reported to the courier who makes the delivery, by writing "withdrawal with reservation because the package is damaged" on the accompanying document and confirmed by email to the AR.TRADE Srl assistance center.

The consumer returns the goods, unless otherwise offered by Artrade Srl, within 14 days of the communication of withdrawal, without undue delay. The deadline is respected if the return is sent before the expiry of the 14-day period.
The consumer bears the direct cost of the return and all risks associated with transportation. In the event of damage during transportation, AR.Trade srl will inform the customer within 5 working days of receipt, so that the latter can take action against the courier and, if insured, obtain a refund. In this case, the product will remain at the customer's disposal, canceling the request for withdrawal.
The consumer is solely responsible for the decrease in value of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to verify their nature, characteristics and functioning. If the item does not comply with the conditions indicated above, the withdrawal will not be effective and the product will be returned to the customer.

Refund of amounts paid
If the right of withdrawal has been exercised correctly in accordance with articles 52 et seq. of Legislative Decree 21/2014, Artrade Srl will refund the Consumer the amount paid for the items, excluding shipping costs and any supplements if the Customer has chosen a more expensive type of delivery than the cheapest standard one.
The refund will be made within 14 days from the date of receipt of the notice of withdrawal, upon provision by the customer of the bank details or other useful details (credit card, PayPal account). Artrade Srl may withhold the refund until receipt of the goods.
Upon arrival at the warehouse, the goods will be inspected to verify any damage or tampering not resulting from transport. In the event of damaged packaging, Artrade Srl may withhold from the refund a percentage commensurate with the decrease in value and the costs of restoration.

Can I send you a fax with proof of the transfer to immediately unblock the order?
In case of payment by Advance Bank Transfer, the shipment of the ordered goods will only take place upon actual crediting to the AR.TRADE Srl account, which must occur within 5 working days from the date of acceptance of the order, after which the order is automatically considered cancelled.
The reason for the bank transfer must include the order identifier, which is released in the order confirmation email. To hold the goods in the warehouse pending credit on the c/c, you can send the bank transfer receipt by fax or email.
